If Nick’s Fly Casting must cancel or reschedule a lesson due to circumstances outside of the instructor’s reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative date or provide another appropriate resolution.

Online lessons require a reliable internet connection and an appropriate device capable of supporting video conferencing.

Nick’s Fly Casting is not responsible for technical problems caused by the student's internet connection, device, software, or other circumstances outside of Nick’s control.

5. In-Person Lessons & Safety

Students are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during lessons and for using appropriate personal protective equipment when recommended.

Nick’s Fly Casting is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from a student's failure to follow safety instructions, misuse of equipment, or participation in activities outside the scope of the lesson.
