Instruction & Results

Online and in-person lessons may differ depending on the student's goals, environment, equipment, and available resources.
Safety
Fly casting involves equipment, lines, hooks, and other gear that may present a risk of injury.
Students are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Nick’s Fly Casting and for using equipment appropriately.
For in-person instruction, students are responsible for ensuring that they have any required fishing licenses, permits, permissions, or other documentation required by applicable laws and regulations.
Nick’s Fly Casting may recommend appropriate safety equipment or practices but cannot guarantee that all risks associated with participation can be eliminated.
Equipment
Students may be responsible for providing their own fly fishing and casting equipment unless equipment is specifically included with a lesson or program.
Students should ensure that their equipment is appropriate and in safe working condition before participating in a lesson.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bookings are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies communicated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson may be subject to applicable fees or may not be eligible for a refund.
Weather, unsafe conditions, illness, technical difficulties, or other circumstances may require an in-person or online lesson to be rescheduled.
Online Instruction
Online lessons require a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the applicable video conferencing platform.
Nick’s Fly Casting is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by a student's equipment, internet connection, software, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
